A PRAYER FOR PRIESTS

Eternal Father, Most Holy and Infinite Goodness, I beg You to shower each and every priest with such abundant graces as to transform him, so that he may live always in intimate interior union with Your divine Son, Jesus Christ.

O Jesus, divine Savior of the world, I beg You to grant Your Church a superabundance of faithful and holy priests and seminarians. Please perform this miracle very quickly, dear Jesus, because so very many people are in danger of being lost to hell.

Mary Most Holy, Spouse of the Holy Spirit, Queen of Apostles and Mother of our inner life, I beg you to flood upon the hearts and minds of your most beloved sons, your priests, the sweet, most chaste and healing balm of

God’s maternal love, which He wills to give only through you and which serves to bring souls to Jesus.

Saint John Vianney, patron saint of all priests, obtain for every priest your authentic Catholic Faith-in God, in our Mother Mary, and in all the infallible truths that Holy Church teaches. Please inspire in every priest a true love of humility and a holy zeal for the salvation of souls.
