O Virgin, O Diadem and purple mantle of the King, Sealed Fountain, Flower that grows and blossoms So differently from Adam, the father of mankind. Savior of the human race, You who brought forth the new Light, Gather also the members of your Son into heavenly harmony. O Glorious Mother of the holy Remedy Through your immaculate Son, you have soothed the bitter wounds of death That Eve brought forth to the torment of souls. You have vanquished death and built the house of life. Intercede for us with your Son, O Star of the Sea! O Mediatrix, Dispenser of life, Jewel of our feasts, You are the most precious of joys that shall have no end. Pray for us, sweet Virgin Mary.
